About
Introduction to the firm
Argos is a boutique law firm dedicated to equity transactions. Working mainly alongside founders, Argos assists its clients on all transactional issues: fundraising, LBOs, M&A.
We are a tight team: the law firm market has been structured around increasingly large teams. We have chosen an opposite approached, based on a narrowed team and a limited number of selected transactions, so that each client is supported with a maximal implication from the lawyers of the firm.
We are here for the long term: the firm has the capacity to intervene on various files. Sale, acquisition, in France or abroad, fundraising, LBO… We can support our clients throughout their entire entrepreneurial adventure.
We are creative: the diversity of the deals on which we work gives us agility and creativity in the solutions that we can offer to our clients. Because we consider that luxury is not ready-to-wear.
Why Argos?
In the Greek mythology, two characters were named Argos :

Argos was the one who built the ship Argo then piloted it to take the Greek heroes, the Argonauts, to recover the Golden Fleece;
-
Argos Panoptes, who had a hundred eyes and always kept fifty eyes open, so that it was impossible to deceive his vigilance.
These two myths correspond perfectly to the mission we set for ourselves:

build a vision with our clients and then guide them towards their objectives;

anticipate and constantly ensure the protection of our clients’ interests.
